The spacebands dashboard is an online portal where you can view your data and configure device settings (such as proximity alert distances and alarm type).
Logging into the dashboard for the first time will begin the step-by-step guide to getting you up and running with spacebands.
The dashboard is where device reporting is collated into easily digestible displays - allowing you to identify areas in need of operational improvement and ultimately reduce accidents.
spacebands have a range of safety features designed to save lives, improve awareness and reduce costs.
spacebands are helping Health & Safety managers around the world reduce accidents, injuries and legal claims
spacebands were a game-changer for us. We can now monitor HAVS and loud noise easily on workers moving between different areas on site. Now I feel confident we have the best tools to keep our team safe.
We started off with spacebands on one site, and we've just rolled them out on another 3 sites. We don't just use them for NIHL, but also for HAVS, machine collisions and PPE reminders.
We find them really useful to get an overview on different hazards and the team actually use them, which makes my life easier!
One of the potential hurdles for us was our trade union, who quite rightly, want to protect the privacy of our workers. spacebands work anonymously, you could assign a wearable to a specific worker, but we use it holisticallly to measure exposure levels in a more general sense.
We got spacebands thinking it would be the devices keeping people safe, but we weren't expecting the level of detail in the analytics platform and the suggestions it provides to improve safety. It's allowed us to see areas in need of improvement.
Investing in spacebands is a great way to prove to your workforce that you genuinely care about their safety and well-being at work.
Our system keeps employees safe, as well as saving HSE managers significant time spent on admin, freeing up time to focus on keeping your team safe.

No, only admins have access to the spacebands dashboard.
We have built our system to ensure that your staff remain safe. Our data will be displayed for you 99.9% of the time, but from time to time, our servers may face an overload due to the thousands of happy customers we serve. If this happens, we will email you as soon as we have details about this occurring so that you are well informed.
Even if our servers are down, your wearable devices will still detect and alert for all of the hazards on the device - as they do not require an internet connection. They will then store your data until the servers are working again!
We do not charge for admin users, you can have as many as you want. See our pricing page for more information on charges that apply.
The information is synchronised when the wearable device that had the accident or near miss is charged at a charging station. The charging station then sends the info to the spacebands cloud server, which populates the dashboard.
We will delete your data if you would like us to do so, please email us at help@spacebands.com.
No. Each admin user must have their own licence and login. If multiple users used the same login information there would be no way of telling who had made changes to the settings.
spacebands detect hazards like hand-arm vibration (HAV), loud noise, proximity risks, PPE non-compliance, and unauthorized access.
Here's how it works:
HAV & Noise Exposure: The wearable tracks data and uploads it to the dashboard upon charging. Alerts for exposure limits (EAV/ELV) can notify admins via email. Admins control who sees individual exposure data.
Proximity Warnings: Bluetooth signals from machinery beacons (e.g., forklifts) send real-time alerts to prevent collisions. Near-miss events are logged in the analytics dashboard.
PPE & Access Alerts: Real-time notifications remind users to wear PPE or warn them about unauthorized areas. These events are recorded and linked to the triggering beacon and wearable.
This system ensures safety insights are actionable and well-documented.
