Workers will be alerted when they enter an area that requires them to use item(s) of personal protective equipment (PPE) through a wearable wristband.
When a device triggers it will alert the wearer by beeping, flashing and vibrating. Icons act as a reminder to staff that ‘this area requires a hard hat’ or ‘protective headphones are mandatory’.
Reminders for multiple PPE alerts can be set on the spacebands’ dashboard.

In order to use spacebands’ PPE prompt system you will need the equipment below:
Customisable Settings:
spacebands’ wearable wristband triggers an alert to activate if a worker enters an area where they are required to wear item(s) of PPE.
Alerts are triggered via proximity to a beacon which can be placed at areas that require PPE to be worn such as protective eyewear, hard hats, ear defenders and gloves.
Alert Distance:
Near (1-3m), Middle (3-5m), Far (5-10m)
PPE Required:
Remind user which PPE is required
